Event Bookings
By purchasing a ticket for our immersive theatre experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Refunds and Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person with more than one week’s notice by contacting us at production@microimmersive.com. Tickets that have not been officially transferred through this process before the one-week deadline will be refused entry on the day of the experience.
Punctuality and Entry
All of our experiences begin at the time specified on the ticket. We strongly recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow for check-in procedures. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry due to the nature of the immersive experience.
Code of Conduct
Disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated behaviour may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
Photography/Filming Consent
We may record or take photos during experiences. By attending the experience, you consent to us using this media in social media or for marketing purposes.
Age Restrictions
Our experiences are strictly 18+ events. Guests under the age of 18 will not be admitted under any circumstances. Age verification may be required at the entrance, so please bring valid photo identification.
Advance Booking Required
All tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets are not available for purchase at the door due to limited capacity, pre-experience materials, and security clearance requirements.
Ticket Presentation and Security
You must present your ticket (printed or on a mobile device) to scan the QR for entry. There is a strict policy prohibiting the unauthorised swapping or selling of tickets. If purchasing tickets on behalf of others, the named ticket holder must be the person attending the experience. At checkout, details of all persons attending the experience, including their emails, must be entered to ensure all attendees receive their ticket and emails relating to the experience. If you are purchasing the experience as a gift, feel free to use your email for all attendees.
Pre-Experience & Emails
As part of your ticket purchase, you will receive pre-experience communications via email starting within one week of booking. These emails contain vital story elements and important information. Please ensure no-reply@microimmersive.com and production@microimmersive.com are added to your safe sender list and check spam folders regularly.
Location
Ticket locations will initially show as “Secret Location”. The specific venue will be confirmed approximately one week before your experience date.
Private Bookings
If you wish to make a private booking, please contact us at hello@microimmersive.com. We may be able to accommodate you at a specific time, not listed.
Dress Code and Physical Requirements
Please wear suitable indoor clothing and comfortable shoes, as you may be required to stand for periods of 10–15 minutes. No strenuous physical activity is required.
Changes and Cancellations
Ticket changes to alternative show dates may be possible depending on availability. All change requests must be submitted to production@microimmersive.com more than one week before your scheduled experience.
Force Majeure / Cancellations
Micro Immersive holds the right to cancel the event without notice. In the unfortunate circumstance that we need to cancel the experience, refunds will be given if Micro Immersive does not offer an alternative date and/or if an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled experience.
Liability
By attending this experience, you participate at your own risk. Micro Immersive and associated parties are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the experience.
