The Story

A ghost story, told in your second language

Inspired by the Invisible Exhibition in Warsaw, Paranormal English Activity was one of Jason’s first immersive creations, built as a Halloween special for English learners. Inside The Native Way, transformed for the occasion, groups worked through interactive theatre and escape room style challenges to uncover a story that touched on grief and loss, in a language some were still learning to speak.

About The Production

The Mission

To transfer The Native Way into a space where language learning and storytelling could sit side by side. Groups of learners moved through activities designed to teach as much as they scared, built for intermediate English speakers but open to anyone willing to step in.

THe Journey

After falling for the Invisible Exhibition in Warsaw, Jason wanted to bring that same sense of sensory storytelling into English language learning. Paranormal English Activity became one of his earliest experiences, blending escape room mechanics with interactive theatre and a story about grief that needed no perfect grammar to understand.

The Result

Even though the experience was built for intermediate learners, engagement stayed high across every level. It proved that a good story reaches people long before their vocabulary catches up.
