Frequently asked questions

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 2–3 weeks for a buyout of an existing show, and 4–6 weeks for a bespoke experience. That said, if you have a date in mind, get in touch — we’ll always try to make it work.

What is the minimum group size?

For intimate show buyouts, the minimum is 8 guests. For larger group events (30+), we work on a bespoke proposal basis — get in touch with your group size and we’ll come back with options. For workshops and mystery hunts, from 4 guests.

Can we customise the story for our occasion?

Yes — for the bespoke format, personalisation is the whole point. For buyouts, we can incorporate names, a few specific details, or a surprise element at an additional cost.

Is it really in English?

Yes. All our performances are in English. If your group includes non-native speakers, the storylines are always clear and the interaction is guided — you don’t need to be fluent to follow.

What venues do you use?

We perform in bars, cellars, private homes, and unusual spaces across Madrid. The venue is part of the experience. We’ll confirm the exact location once your booking is confirmed.
